ORILAS HOME SECURITY LLC Returns and Warranty Policies
Three (3) Years Product Warranty PolicyORILAS HOME SECURITY product is warranted against all defects in material and workmanship for THREE (3) years from the date of purchase unless specifically noted below. Should your product prove defective within THREE (3) years, return it TO ORILAS HOME SECURITY for repair or replacement with an approved number. ORILAS HOME SECURITY has the sole responsibility for granting a replacement product. The below Return Policy must be followed to request repair or replacement of a defective product.
NOTE: Product warranties does not cover any damage due to storm, electrical surges or Acts of God.
Return Policy
1. ORILAS HOME SECURITY offers a 100% money back guarantee (minus any shipping and handling) for any reason within 30 days from the day your product(s) are received.a. To qualify for a refund:
i. All products must be in brand new condition.
ii. All product boxes must be in new condition with all packing materials.
iii. All product accessories must be included and in new condition to be eligible for return.
iv. Return packages should be shipped using a track-able shipping method with insurance coverage for the value of the returned merchandise.
b. Disqualifying refund factors:
i. Opened cables/EQUIPMENT THAT ALREADY MOUNT are not returnable.
ii.*** PRODUCTS/EQUIPMENTS that have been mounted are not returnable. ***
iii. Writing on or damaging the product boxes. Only the shipping box should be labeled.
1. After twenty (20) days, ORILAS HOME SECURITY does not offer refunds. All products will be warranted for a period of THREE (3) years unless otherwise.
2. Once received, ORILAS HOME SECURITY will inspect any returned products in order to validate whether a product is eligible for a credit or replacement. A decision will be made within 30 business days of our shipping department receiving any returned product. In cases where a product has been returned and has missing or damaged parts (for example: missing product manuals, cut wires) the TRANSACTION will be declined, and returned to the customer.
3. Credits and refunds will be issued within 10-15 days after a decision has been made to validate whether a product is eligible for a refund, minus original shipping costs.
4. PLEASE NOTE: ORILAS HOME SECURITY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY ON LABOR/SERVICE CHARGE (NONE).
5. We will refund in the form of check, cashier check, money order. No refund with cash.

Returned Check Policy
Orilas Home Security is happy to offer the option to pay with a check. Below you will find our check writing policy as well as the returned check policy.
It is understood by all persons who wish to write checks to the Orilas Home Security that the acceptance of checks is conditional upon the satisfactory collection of the check. The responsibility of the debt remains with the check-writer until the collection process is completed. Clients presenting a check(s) to pay for services rendered agreed to be held liable until such time as the check(s) satisfactorily clears the bank regardless of the originator of the check.
Requirements for Writing a Check
1. Name, Current address, and phone number must be on the check
2. State or Government ID
Returned Check Process
Orilas Home Security has a zero tolerance policy regarding returned checks. Persons who submit checks to us for payment that are subsequently returned for insufficient funds, stopped payment, inability to locate, etc. will be charged a fee under the Florida State Statute Law.
If a check is returned to us, client will be responsible for paying the full amount of the check that was returned as well as a MANDATORY $30.00 returned check fee.
Payment MUST be received within 10 business days of being notified.
